      If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.


    3. Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

    • During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended.

    • Most orders come with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

    7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

    8. Lost or Delayed Packages

    • If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 working days, please contact us for a resolution.

    • We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


    9. Order Changes & Cancellations

    • You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order may already be processing.

    • Shipping details cannot be changed once the order is dispatched.
